SCI corrects material errors openly. A correction record identifies the article, date, previous meaning, corrected meaning, reason, source, and approval.
Changes to scientific interpretation, reported values, attribution, evidence status, or limitations receive a visible note in the article. Minor typography, punctuation, and broken-link repairs may update the page without a separate correction notice when meaning is unchanged.
Readers should verify important decisions against the original literature. To report a possible problem, use the public contact route only after one has been approved and published; until then, corrections are managed by the site owner through the repository review process.
